These terms cover your use of blobcap.com ("BlobCap", "we", "us"), which is operated by 68 Ventures LLC. By using the site or submitting information to it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What BlobCap is

BlobCap publishes information about what buyers pay for AI training data and AI expert work. It combines publicly reported deals with anonymous reports from users. We don't broker deals, buy or sell data, take a cut of any transaction, or take money from buyers.

Not advice

Everything on BlobCap is general information, not legal, financial or tax advice. Prices are estimates drawn from incomplete and sometimes self-reported sources, and real offers depend on details we can't see. Talk to a lawyer or adviser before you sign a data deal.

Accuracy

We try to source every public number and label where it came from, but we can't guarantee that any information on the site is accurate, complete or current. Broker and vendor details may come from their own marketing. If you spot an error, tell us and we'll correct it.

Your submissions

• Only submit information you're allowed to share. Don't submit anything covered by a confidentiality agreement that forbids sharing it, or anything you don't have the right to disclose.
• Don't include names, contact details or anything else that identifies a person or your company.
• Don't submit false, misleading or duplicate reports.
• By submitting, you give us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the information to run BlobCap, including publishing it in aggregated form, as described in our methodology and privacy page.
• We review submissions and may edit, reject or remove any of them at our discretion.

Buyers you suggest

When you suggest a buyer that isn't in the directory, we review it before listing it. Listing a buyer is not an endorsement, and we may decline or remove a listing at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site at a rate that disrupts it, try to identify anyone who submitted a report, interfere with the site's security, or use it for anything unlawful.

Links to other sites

BlobCap links to news coverage, filings and the websites of brokers and buyers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on information on it, including any decision to accept, reject or negotiate a deal.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
